no job = better settlements?

Quick question...
Does having an income or not have any bearing on how good a settlement you get?
I have a job, but it doesn't pay very much. I'm upside down by a couple hundred after I pay all my CC and BASIC living expenses (gas/ car insurance, cell phone, food, etc)
Are the people that are getting 11,20,25% settlements employed, underemployed or unemployed?
thank you
The only bearing income has is on how much you can afford to off
The only bearing income has is on how much you can afford to offer for settlement. Credit card companies do not care if you are unemployed or underempolyed.
I beleive most people who are settling are either working and stashing cash, or borrowing from freinds or relatives.

Greetings unregistered,
The ccc's don't care about your employment status unless you are attempting to sign on for an extended payout at a reduced interest.
Regarding settlement.
They are cash vampires.......all they want to know if you can pay, pay, pay.
And tell you to beg, borrow or sell plasma to fund it.
Others may add on with a different twist.
