IRS Debt

I have a huge IRS debt that I want to settle how would I go about getting that settled.
What chanels are available to me to get the debt resolved, can I get a debt consoloadtion loan, or a payment plan..
They have placed a levy on me and I have roughly 30 days to get on a payment plan.....I stuck my head in the ground on this one.
Any help would be appreciated.
