i owe this PDL company 300.00 and they are suppose to take it out on a pre paid debit card tomorrow 9/30 i do not have due to un seen things coming up this week what should i expect from them i an nervous i have filed my complaint about them with the New Hampshire Banking Department

ok, so you gave them your card number but you don't have the funds? well they debit it as much as they can till they get the money, even with different names like Cash USA, like they did to me, best thing i did , was to call them and ask them for a better repayment plan, they refuse several times, then i decided to call the Corporate office and asked them to please put me on a better payment plan, and they did. Good luck! what was the complaint about? please specify, also, was the loan taken in New Hampshire?

It doesn't matter what they say, if you want to send them payments via the mail then do so, except insist they give you a valid address to send payments, if they refuse then tell them you are finished dealing with them, and don't talk to them again. If they want their money they will either accept your terms or will receive NOTHING, and that is exactly what I would tell them. Then move on, ignore them, forget they exist because it is NO longer your problem, you did what you should have and they wouldn't cooperate, not your problem anymore.

These companies are not legal. They are going to harrass you to no end but they are limited because they are not legal. What is the interest they are charging you? 700%? Illegal. Call and ask them for an address. They won't give you one. Most of them won't because they are illegal. Don't let them do this to you. Send them a debt vaidation letter asking for the original amount owed, how they came up with interest, if they are licensed to collect in your state, if they are licensed to operate a payday loan in your state. Tell them you need it in thirty days and you will respond within 30 days of getting their proof. They are taking you to the cleaners and doing so illegally.

I have never heard of that collection agency, they might not even be legitimate. Where did you send this debt validation letter? How did you hear from them, phone, email?
