HELP......I'm on hold

I called Bank of America to let them know that the minimum payment due on October 2nd wont be made. We owe $25,000 and i lost my job and are unable to shuffle anymore. The customer service people transfered us to a debt management service. Knowing they will contact all of our creditors I am unwilling to talk to them. The last thing we need is everyone knowing that the bottom is falling out and raising our interest rates. Does anyone know who we need to call at BOA to set up a repayment plan? OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE? Please help soon!!!!!

I don't have number but just call and ask to speak to someone regarding their hardship plan. If first person can't help ask to speak to supervisor. They also sent me to GreenTree who could not help.
Or, skip a few payments and they will talk hardship.
