What shall I list as my claim against Capital One?

Well, what is your claim against Capital One? Why are you demanding arbitration? What did they do? What's your beef?

I am looking for the typical response. I am avoiding going to court and them obtaining a ruling against me.

I think you would be better off going to another forum that specializes in this issue, namely, Debtorboards.
