Acct in dispute

I paid a collection in full with your company and it shows that on my credit report, but it also shows that it is in dispute. I'm in the process of buying a home and i need that removed off my credit report immediately, what do i do?

Secondly, just because you pay an account doesnt mean it automatically drops off. Did you send a DV at some point?
