Stop calling my home in regards to this account, I called the credit card company, and they told me as long as I start making payments directly to them, they will post them, and mail me monthly statements. Once I make the initial payment of 174.00, the balance of payments will be the monthly payment only, and if I can add more to that, it will be fine with HSBC....So Fuck Off

FYI....if the account has been assigned to a CA, HSBC probably overstepped the boundary of their contract with the CA. Probably an under trained CSR.
