Garnishments of joint account

My name is on a friends account due to her driving a truck and being gone alot. I have not worked since Feb. of this year. She has let me live woth her and take care of her home and animals. I pay her bills out of the account. I just found that an old credit card debt is filing a judgement against me. Can they garnish this checking account? Even if I have not made a deposit in months?
