Judgment Lien

Need to sell our house which will result in negative equity, which I have coverage from my company. We have a judgment issued against my husband from Zwickler & Assoc. We tried to settle for 50%, but they are insisting on 80%. We need to get a release of lien ASAP in order for us to sell our house. They are saying they only have a lien for garnishment not a lien on the house. Title company won't clear the judgment. Any suggestions?

Get someone higher up the food chain at Zwicker....it was my understanding that anytime a judgement was issued, it automatically affects any property you own.
