I have bad credit, with child support arrears. I have a home that is paid off and want to use it as collateral. I am having difficulty find a loan. any ideas or suggestions?

Even with a paid off home, the child support arrears will scare away creditors....they fear that you will be garnished for that and wont be able to pay them. You need to clean up the bad credit and past due child support first.
