I currently have 3 PDLs out with:
Bank of Delaware
National-Pay day
My cash now
I currently cannot afford to pay these people and they continue to attempt to debit my account. This is turning into a really bad cycle, my bank charges my $35 and the PDls charge me $30. How can I stop this madness?

you should do a name search on the co. you have, find out if they are illegal in your state, if they are illegal send them letters revoking ach debits, cease and dicest letters - you can find all the information in this forum,
the peolpe are very helpful and follow their instructions.
if they are illegal in your state, file complaints with your Attorney Generals
Office, the BBB, FTC, Department of Banking.
you can find all the examples of the letters in this forum
I was and still am somewhat in your situtation, I had 7 pdls, and like you,
between their fees and overdraft fees - it was spinnging out of control.
I feel I am getting a handle on things now thanks to the advice and guidence from this forum things are now going in the right direction.
Talk to your bank also - don't be embarassed, that was my biggest problem, was facing it all - once I got passed that, I feel more confident
in handeling this mess
