I have no debts

ARS is calling me about a person THEY say I am related to. They want this person's phone number. I was threatened, in today's phone call episode, that they (ARS) will continue to harass me until I give them the information. I have no debts (other than utilities and a mortgage note). I don't know this person they're talking about. What is my recourse?
Send them a cease and desist letter which will legally prohibit
Send them a cease and desist letter which will legally prohibit them from contacting you anymore. If they continue to harass you even after receiving the letter, file cases against them with the FTC.
