PAyday loans
Date: Sun, 10/31/2010 - 07:40
I live in the state of New Jersey and about 3 months ago I started receiving threating phonecalls on my cell phone and at my job from an inspector stating that I owe these payday loans and that they are taking legal action action against me if I do not pay them. I have asked them to stop calling my job and they will not stop. They call 5 and 6 times in a matter of 2 minutes and they are threatening with having me arrested and pressing fraud charges against me. If I do owe these loans I don't mind setting up a payment plan to take care of them but they are very vague with information and they refuse to provide with any paperwork in regards to any of the accusations. They make me nervous and are going to end up getting me in trouble or even fired from work if they keep calling me. I don't know what to do.
