GHS ripped me off

I sent these guys over $3200, but they never did a thing to help me--told me to IGNORE the phone calls from creditors, etc, and to send them any mail notices from collection agencies that I received. Well, maybe the collection agencies are aware of this, I don't know, but after getting a notice about a lawsuit sent from a lawyer, I cancelled my account with GHS--who sent me a paltry $232 back and fed me a line of nonsense that only a lawyer could follow. Bottom line: they ripped me off for over $3000 and didn't do diddly-squat for me. My advice is to stay away from this company, they did no negotiations and only took my money.

It's really sad to read your post Jaz. There are a lot of these settlement companies which do nothing but feed on the consumers' money. Hope you stay away from such companies in future.
