I'm in Il. and am currently being garnished by ISEC (illinois student asisstance comm.), can I break this?

The only way to get out of a student loan garnishment is to rehab your loan....that will require 9 payments over and above your garnishment. Talk to ISAC or the CA hanlding the account.
