fighting Arrow for 3 years now

>I have disputed a debt with Arrow for 3 years now with the Credit Bureaus.
>Arrow has consistently verified the debt with them.
>I demanded proof of the debt with my signature on it and was told it would take 60 days. 60 days have past with no validation, now I have sent a letter demanding the debt be removed and a letter stating that the debt is null. They signed for the letter on 18 Oct 2010.
>If they do not do it - I guess and attorney is in order???????? Is that all that is left for me and can the attorney request Arrow pay all fees if I win?

Did you send the last letter to the credit bureaus or Arrow Fina

You need to ask Arrow to send you the release letter which needs to be handed over to the credit bureaus. Only then, the account will be updated with the credit bureaus.
