This company debited money to my account with out me signing and loan papers and i didnt realize the money had been deposited becouse i just got payed and my pay checks r direct deposited so i spent it not knowing it was from them..now i just recieved an email from them that has loan documents im suppose to sign and fax back but i didnt athorize for anything. there saying there going to take 105.00 out of my account on 11/16/2010..do u have any advice on wut i should do..

Which state are you in? These PDL company has their name very similar to Ace Cash Express, so many think that they are legal. You need to close your account ASAP.
