Overpayment

I just made my last payment in november. I discussed with a rep. on the phone in oct. that I didn't owe a full payment for nov. Well, never the less, a full payment was taken out and I can't contact anyone for this matter. I want my reimbursement and settle this matter. I liked the service I got but now I'm having second thoughts. Someone needs to contact me quickly. Check the phone records, I've been calling.
