Has anyone heard of Freedom Debt Relief? have you worked with them in the past and are they reliable?

I have not worked with Freedom debt relief but I have talked with them about 3 months back. They take a portion of the payment for their fees. So, I am a little apprehensive on going with them. The representative with whom I spoke called me everyday. Finally told him to stop calling as I was not interested, but on hearing this he went mad on me.
Best of luck with your quest and do your research. The BBB and TASC ratings and certifications should not mislead you as they don't mean much.
