I recieved a call from a alleged law firm telling me I had to be in court next Tuesday for a pay day loan which I do not recall receiving. I checked by banks records couldn't find anything. The court records indicate a law suit was filed and the court date was this past 11/09/2010 and indicates me as a no show. I was not aware of the court date nor the law suit. My email is . My phone number is . I don't know what to do.
