I received a collection notice from RJM Acquisitions LLC and filled out the option to make $10 payments monthly on debt, filled out my credit card info and mailed it in. Now to find out the account they are collecting

As fas as I know, once you make a new agreement with your creditors, the SOL on a debt restarts. So, as you have started making payments to your creditors, the SOL on the debt has started again. This implies that your creditor can sue for non-repayment of debts. Hence, I feel that you should continue making payments to your creditors.
