I am under debt councelling and would like to negotiate lower rates and pay my own debts but I don't know how and where to start
Has debt management not already lowered your rates? Do you know
Has debt management not already lowered your rates? Do you know by how much? You would have to call up your own lenders and talk to them and see if they will go lower.
