Make sure to file the complaints against these illegal lenders with the BBB, your states' AG and your states' financial regulator. Let the authorities know about these illegal companies doing business in Colorado.

Follow the advise of those on this forum! You are only obligated to pay back the principle amount of the loan. Demand a refund if you've paid over and above the principle amount and also a paid in full letter. Send copies of all of the complaints you file to your PDL's via email, fax or mail. Do not communicate with them over the phone. You need a paper trail. Be sure to revoke your wage assignments if any. From personal experience, I did everything according to the advise I received at this forum and I've already received 2 refunds. Great Sky couldn't refund the money back fast enough and the other Extra Cash Live took a little longer but it was worth the wait.
