My name is Stacy and I have been a customer of Percels and Associates
for many years now. I have Brain Cancer and recently been served papers and told
I needed to have papers to court by this Friday. I have always made my payments
and now I am turning to you with panics as I have been patient. I have to have
something to the court via courier and something to the letter via courier for
proof that it was sent by Friday or I will be in huge trouble. It is now late
Tuesday and I am in panic mode. I was at the hospital most of the day undergoing
more tests and thought this would be taken care of and have yet to hear from the
lawyer you said would be contacting me. We need something e-mailed by today as promised several days ago- - explaining my medical situation- I was only given 5 years 3 years ago to live- we had every intention on paying this debt back but now our medical bills and our lives are very hard that is why we have you. Please can you call
us at *personal info removed and have something to us by today to this e-mail address
that we can get to the courts today and then several copies to the lawyers so
they can't say they didn't get them. We don't want to lose our home. We fear for
our kids sake they have lost so much already. $5000 may not seem like much to
you but to us it is so unreachable.
