need advice on collecting on a debt from retired military.Took the guy to court twice and won both times.We can't garnish gov. wages but looking for other ways to collect,any advice?

Contact an attorney in your local area. He will be able to help you out. You can also file a lawsuit and secure a judgment order against him. If he has a savings account, then you may garnish his wages provided it is legal in your state. Does he have a vehicle. If yes, then you can place a lien on the vehicle.

Check the court house website where the judgments are filed....there should be a page on how to collect on judgments. You should be able to levy his bank accounts and maybe even place a lien on his home.
