My loan is set to withdraw the full tonight, Should I refinance so that less money is taken out. If I do I will have to sign a new contract, however if I dont a large sum will come out of my account. I will got to tha bank tomorrow, but i am afraid I won't get the money back even though pdl are illegal in PA
