You need to answer the complaint. State that you've not had any dealings with either of the companies listed on the complaint. Unfortunately, these companies use so many different names that they very well could be someone you've dealt with in the past. Don't ignore the complaint because if you do and you do not go to court, they will win a judgment against you to garnish your wages.
