% of probability of law suit

Hi, I had a dispute w/ a phone co. several years ago & refused to pay the $349 bill because I didn't feel I owed it. It has been sold several times and is now owned by Pinnacle Credit Services LLC, & farmed out to Vision Financial Services Corp(FN) for collection. I understand there is a new law that allows ca's to file by computer letting them file on very small cases. What % of probability do you think they would file a court case for $349.00? Even though a judge might rule against me I don't think a jury would. If I lost would I, also, have to pay court costs or other fees? Thanks for your help, Tommy
