Does anyone know of a way to find out if there are any pay day loans out there that have not been paid off in your name. I have done a few over the past few years, and remember paying them all off, but I keep getting harrassing phone calls telling me I defaulted on one.

Check your credit report. You'll get to know whether you've defaulted on any loan from there. Fraud companies often call innocent consumers and tell them that they owe money to them. Don't get paranoid. Just tell them to validate the debt when they call you.
