I have gotten a loan from this company in 2008 and have paid back $480.00 already and they say I owe $1000.00 more for a $200 loan they have a company calling me threatening me that they are trying to serve a summons and that no one has been home for the last 3 days which my wife is home all the time. They now say they are going to my employer. What can I do I think this is spam and not leagal

you are right this is a scam.next time they call tell them you will not speak tio them until you get something in writing.also file a police report for the call as whoever is calling because they broke the law.next do you have a name of the bottomfeeder that said that BS,because it is BS.either way CMG is totally illegal and you overpaid.whoever this is sounds like a typical illegal entity as well.
