garn - writ been taking money from my paycheck and i havent recieve any letter for this and for how much more my balance. if they reach the money that i owe for this do they stop taking money form my paycheck?

You are usually not notified prior to a garnishent starting. Yes it will stop once you have paid the account in full but keep in mind that interest is still accruing.
