Bank loan & credit cards

Hi...im happy to join here & to see your advices & suggestions.
I had problem with loans & credit cards also. I worked for 9 years as Civil engineer here but unfortunately my company was closed & suffered due to crisis. So,difficulties & delayed payments for banks loan & credit card happened. I understand the bank for harrassing me but how can i solve it if my company is closed .The CID catched me & sent me to jail .I just released becoz they took my passport & brothers passport. I got new job but i cant give my documents needed in order to have visa .I gave my termination to the bank which they requested but when i showed they said no. I showed my offer letter from good & stable company ..again they dont agree with reconstruction. I stopped working becoz i know the company will not allow me to work without visa. If the bank help me to reconstruct & give me my passport (actually i have little money to pay them at that time but they dont accept also). I dont know what they want..Yes the full payment but how can if no cooperation at all.
Some companies wants to employ me becoz i have good experience but without passport i cant work.
This is my request... Banks.. please cooperate now .me iwant to pay but let me work. Im alone raising my children .In US if you are victim of Bankcruptcy .declare it only you cannot get loan for 10 yrs. If you give chance to these people inside the jail to find work & reconstruct all their debts it will be good for both of us. ( Give our names to immigration so that as long as we dont pay we cannot go out of Dubai) .Avoid criminal or civil case .
Whoever wants to hire me & help me is ver much welcome....or else i will do to go to jail if that is only the solution.
I think if you will let the jailed people out & find work it will be very good. work ..Pay..work..Pay...
Just remember ..who has the same problem as mine...there is always solution in every problem...EVEN IN VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION!

Dubai ..pls.wake up...do something for this problems.
