Hi! Court has issued a wage garnishment order against me. :( I am currently working in a small private company for last 4 months. Can my boss fire me? I don't want to lose my job.

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
It is true that your employer will not like the fact that judge has issued a wage garnishment order against you. They may think that you'll not be able to give your best performance under the present circumstance. However, the good news is, your boss will not be able to fire you if you have only one wage garnishment order against you. But if you have minimum 2 wage garnishment order against you, then your boss can sack you.
