I am assuming you want to pay a bill. In that case, you just need to pay the required money to your creditor. If you don't have the required money, then you can borrow some money from your friends and family and payoff the bill. If you're still not able to gather money, then call your creditor and request him to extend the due date.

You will have to contact the customer care department of your creditor/lender and check out the payment process. Once you know the payment process, you'll be able to make the payments.
