In need of advice fast

I have about 10,000.00 in credit card and medical bills. I hardly make enough to get by each paying on car, house and utilities. I have not missed or been late on my car note or mortgage ever . I've only sacrificed credit card and medical debit.
I can't sell home or car because I have co-signers on both. Looking for a way to pay my debit and repair my credit but have no extra money saved and living paycheck to paycheck now.
What are my options?

If you have no extra money after paying the basics, have you looked at working a second job? The only way to get rid of the credit card debt will be to pay it or settle it....it wont go away any other way unless you are able to make it to your state SOL without them suing you.
