Respected Sir/Madam, I am Pydiraju Nalli a customer of express and an express credit card holder, my account number is: [COLOR=red][removed for your protection][/COLOR]
I have made a purchase of 183.68 back in July, made payment of 150.00 on 8/17/2010 and 35.00 on 9/29/2010 and thought I paid off the balance in full.
I had opted for online statements to save paper, and not receiving statements in mail, I thought I took care of the due and since this account is not my primary bank account I stopped login to the account. Unfortunately no one from express customer service contacted me about the late fee or due.
But when I applied for mortgage refinance I realized the credit score was affected badly and I was charged many late fee charges and reported to credit bureau.
Sir the credit score is very important to me for refinancing my mortgage, please kindly consider this request and please help me resolving this. Unfortunately no one from express contacted me about the late fee or due.
For your reference I have attached the credit card statements and highlighted the transactions.
