Hi Nelly,
I was initially enrolled in a debt. management program called Credicure and was without consultation enrolled with Richard Brennan for my debt. management. I was then shuttled over to a company called Golden State Debt Management. My question is this, when I enrolled I paid my first month payment and a deposit of one month's payment ($634) which I was told would be returned to me upon my completion. My question is this, I finished the program under Golden State and they told me that to retrieve that money I need to furnish Richard Brennan with a certificate of completion which I have, only problem is that the contact information I have on them is no longer valid, did you ever find out what happened with this situation? Thanks in advance for your help!
Sincerely,
Benjie

If it is the same Richard Brennan disbarred in Maryland, I do no
If it is the same Richard Brennan disbarred in Maryland, I do not find it likely you will be receiving the 634.00 back from his office.
It was...
After further googling I see that it was that Richard Brennan and I believe you are absolutely right, that's just money lost. After seeing some of the other people's stories that dealt with him I guess losing $634 I should consider myself lucky! Thanks for posting
