I don't think you will be able to get such a debt consolidator who offers services for free. You will have to pay required fees charged by the debt consolidation companies. However, as per the new rules, none of the debt relief companies can charge you any upfront fees for their services. You can take a look at the ranking chart in order to get a list of companies offering debt relief options:

I don't know about any debt consolidation company that doesn't charge any fee for their services. However, you can go for certified non-profit debt consolidation companies.
