Creditors Interchange

We have had to stop paying on our Barclay's card due to them increasing the interest rate and then not willing to negotiate a payoff. They seemed to have sent it to Creditors Interchange and when I asked for a fax number they would not give it. In fact the lady I talked to said she would be there only until 3 P.M. and when I called at 3:30 P.M. she was still there and I did not even need to dial an extension. Does anybody have the fax number to Creditors Interchange as I plan on faxing them a DV tomorrow.
