Can i include my payday loans in my bankruptcy here in CA


Yes, you can include payday loans in bankruptcy. However, lenders may raise their objections. What kind of payday loans do you have? Are they legal or illegal?

Yes...they can be included in ANY state.

Pay day lenders can raise any objection they wish....the loans are not secured and the interest rates even on legal loans are outrageous.  They will be discharged.
