Utah Judgement/Payroll in Dallas

I received a judgement in Utah against my former renter for non-payment of rent. I just found out his payroll comes out of Dallas, TX, can I garnish his wages? He doesn't live or work in Texas, he lives in Utah and is currently working in New Mexico. The only connection to texas is is payroll.

As far as I can understand, you will have to file a lawsuit against your tenant in Texas and get a judgment in order to garnish his payroll over there. You can have a word with your attorney and he will be able to guide you further in this regard.
