Under a debt management plan, it would be possible to include all those debts. The rent....is that due to a current landlord? Is so, that could be an issue...debt management plans are done in voluntary cooperation meaning the creditor has to accept the plan. If it is a current landlord, they many not agree. You really need to give us more information.
