If my home is in foreclosure can I vacate before the process is complete and who do I notify that the home is vacant.

You can move anytime you want. If you are of a mind to be nice you could contact the attorney handling the foreclosure and offer them the keys but I know of no duty to do so. I suppose you may have some liabilty for damages could occur while it was vacant and you still own it, that might be worth a call to an attorney
