I am constantly getting rude phone calls from your company. The do not explain why they are calling but start asking personal questions. We identy theft being what it is. I refuse to give personal information over the phone. Than someone else will call from the same place and do the same thing. I have never recieved any written notice of any collections from the vendor or your company.

I think you're doing a mistake. We help consumers to fight their debt problems. We don't offer any program. Nor are we any collection agency. Anyway, by federal law, the collection agencies are forbidden from threatening consumers. So, if you are receiving harassing calls from a collection agency, then I would suggest you to take legal action against them. Yes, you should not give out any personal details to the caller. He may misuse your personal details later on.
