I have been receiving calls from this company for over six months, They have my number on some other person's account and continues to call even though I told them they have the wrong number. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and am waiting for a response.:evil:

I am assuming you have filed a complaint with FTC (Federal Trade Commission). If you have filed a compliant with FTC, then I don't think you have to do anything else. Whenever you receive a call, you should record the conversations in a tape. You can submit the tape to the court while fighting the case.
