my husband died of metastic kidney cancer in march ,,a slow painful death ,he died with no money are insurance ,,he did have a run down trailer and a small house we were living in but is not payed off,,when the probate period was up these people has it tied up is there any thing i can do

The creditors will come after your husband's property in order to recover their dues. As your husband was unable to pay them off, the estate is now responsible to pay off the dues. I don't think there is anything that you can do in this regard.
