Earning potential

I hae been unemployed from my career as a RN since 6/09. I am afraid I got scammed a lot and a very good credit rating is now in the commode. I am in foreclosure with my condo and owing a lot and have gone thru most of my retirement. Recent medical costs have added to the disaster. Some of that may make it impossible to go backand at 60 yr old I really cannot do hospital nursing again. As my eyes are a big problem and nursing now involves more secretarial work. I have been trying to offer a good natural anticholesterol product in the PDR which also helps stabilize blood sugars and loose weight. Safe even for children. Any HELP appreciated.
