Settling a debt

Can't tell you what to do with the collection agency as I settled all of mine before chargeoff.
Others that went that route can share the intel.

I negotiated with the oc's and I never told them any banking information until we were ready to settle. Dealing the with the oc is kind of different .....tell them your story. Only gave them banking info after we agreed to a settlement.(Get it confirmed via fax or confirmation number) And that was from a special setttlement account.

And never ever give a C.A. your banking info.
They'll drain your account for every last red cent.
