I have contacted the NY state attorney generals office over these harrasing phone calls..One more call and we have actionable cause to sue for damages!!!

um, sorry to tell you, but this is a forum for people to discuss debt collection issues and so on. This is not a debt collector. We dont call anyone and we have not been calling you. you need to focus your anger in the direction of the company that is calling you, not against this forum.
What is the name of the company that has been calling you? We may be able to help you get this handled.
