customer for liberty debt care

i have been working with an amanda from liberty debt care, i have been paying them for 1 year every month. i have been trying to reach her for the last 3 months, i have a phone number i was able to reach her at in the beginning, now that is never answered. my question is how do i get in touch with them and where is my money going if nothing has been settled. usually i fax a plea to her and sooner or later they call me back in an untimely time or their convenience.i know it is late in the game, but i am starting to wonder if this is a scam.. for liberty debt care. joyce hack:(:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
